How it works
A short, fixed-scope review. I read the code, talk to the people, look at the process. You get a written assessment: what’s actually wrong, what I’d do about it, what it’s likely to cost, and what happens if you do nothing.
Do you just need honest advice, or do you need a system analysis? Do you want to re-architect, refactor, streamline or can a project? Or do you need a new development team? All options are on the table.
No further engagement obligation. If the answer is “you’re fine, carry on”, that’s the answer.
